Yoga for Everybody
6:00PM - 7:15pm
Vinyasa will help you get out of your head and back into your body by moving you from one pose directly into the next connecting the essential breath with physical movements. This is a challenging practice, but not advanced. It welcomes healthy beginners and those that seek strengthening and lengthening the musculoskeletal tissues.
7:30pm - 8:30pm
Candlelight Restorative and Yin will include Yin poses that stretch the deep connective tissues throughout your body with the aim of increasing mobility in your joints and improving your flexibility. It will also include fully supported restorative poses to train your nervous system to fully relax preparing you for your best night of sleep ever. And yes… there will be candles!
Flow & Restore
9:00am - 10:15am
Flow and Restore is mindful practice designed to rejuvenate your body and soul and prepare you for the week ahead. This practice will include a gentle yoga flow followed by deep and relaxing restorative stretches. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners.
A beautiful studio with large windows overlooking the vineyards. The yoga studio is located on the second floor of the south building.
